From the night we got engaged every bit of our love was captured so perfectly. To be able to look at a picture and feel actual emotions, that brings me to tears. I can literally feel the pictures. From the detailed timeline to calling all of our crazy family members by name, helping me get dressed or undressed… picking my nose when needed.. I could cry just typing this. If you aren’t using Susan for your all the everything photography needs… stop and rethink. It will be the best decision you have ever made. Could not recommend Susan more if I tried!! I had seen her work before hand through mutual friends and knew that when I had gotten engaged, she WOULD be my wedding photographer! And after engagement she was one of the first vendors I booked (and thank goodness because she books up fast!) Anywho, she is the BEST of the BEST! She did our engagement shoot prior to the wedding and shot an 8 hour day with us capturing every moment!! She is there for you in more ways than you would think as a photographer. She is there to capture all of the moments, but she is also there as a friend, a laugh when you need it (her humor is spot on haha!), and a vendor that will put their foot down for you! This is a long recommendation, but she deserves it! If you are thinking about it or are on the fence, do it!!! And then I will come back and read your review because I can bet that you will have the same experience!
We had the absolute pleasure of having Susan as our photographer for both our wedding and engagement photos, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She made the entire process feel so easy and genuinely fun. Not only is Susan incredibly talented behind the lens, but she also has a fantastic sense of humor that instantly puts everyone at ease. In fact, my husband—who normally dreads taking photos—absolutely loved working with Susan. She kept things moving quickly, captured all the perfect moments, and had us all laughing the entire time. It truly felt like we were just hanging out with a friend who happens to take amazing photos. Wonderful photographer and person! Susan photographed my wedding and she was awesome! I’m one of those people who aren’t really creative when it comes to picture taking and what poses to do, but Susan took control and relieved all of my stresses of trying to figure that out. She found unique places to take photos and made them look very elegant, and she has a way of making you feel comfortable and not awkward! Highly recommend if you want a photographer who can be creative and take control so you don’t have to stress about anything!
Susan is the photographer that will fix your hair, your earrings, touch up your makeup, and make sure every little detail is perfect before she takes the photo (without you even asking). I have never experienced a more dedicated photographer. She’s not just a photographer, but also a coordinator, an errand girl, the one to make sure everything is on time, and the person who is solely focused on keeping you happy for the day. Susan will do whatever it takes to make sure your day is absolutely perfect. And she will most likely become a lifetime friend without even trying.

Susan was absolutely AMAZING! She photographed my wedding and did such a great job! She took every picture we requested and paid such close attention to detail! I could not of asked for a better photographer! I received a little sneak peak of the pictures not long after my wedding and tears immediately filled my eyes because of how beautiful they were.
